We strive to ensure that every girl child is provided with the necessary resources such as sanitary pads. Young girls miss school during their cycle as they do not have the resources to feel safe and protected in a schooling environment. This is due to the girl child using resources such as tissue, socks, newspaper, and more inconvenient resources. Langelihle Youth Foundation has provided sanitary pads to young girls in orphanages who are rape victims, infected with HIV / AIDS and disabled. The organisation has donated more than 10 000 packs of sanitary pads to the following organisations:

– Department of Women, Children, and Persons with disabilities

– Maziya Combined School
– Kwazamokuhle Secondary School
